Job Summary

Our client a distinguished longevity and preventive medicine practice at the forefront of precision health and evidence-based prevention in East Africa is seeking a Lead Physician of exceptional distinction a clinician of profound depth mature professional judgment and unimpeachable integrity who will stand as the foremost clinical authority within the practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead comprehensive patient health assessments covering biomarker and diagnostic testing metabolic profiling cardiovascular risk evaluation and body composition analysis building a complete nuanced picture of each patients health status and longevity trajectory.

  • Design and oversee individualized evidence-based prevention and longevity plans integrating clinical nutrition hormone and metabolic optimization regenerative therapies and lifestyle medicine with the discipline to update those plans as a patients data and circumstances evolve.

  • Interpret complex diagnostic results with confidence and communicate findings to patients with clarity honesty and the kind of calm authority that genuinely reassures.

  • Administer clinical procedures including IV nutrient therapy and related interventions ensuring every protocol is followed to the letter and every patient is fully informed and at ease.

  • Maintain long-term patient relationships built on structure and continuity with scheduled follow-ups progress reviews and honest conversations about what is working and what is not.

  • Guide and clinically supervise the nursing team setting the standard for patient care across the entire practice not only in the consultation room.

  • Stay at the leading edge of longevity science preventive medicine and evidence-based clinical innovation contributing to the practices ongoing development as a centre of genuine clinical excellence.

  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to the highest regulatory and ethical standards with absolute discretion and professionalism at all times.



Requirements
  • MBChB or equivalent recognised medical degree with full registration and an unrestricted licence to practise medicine in Kenya.

  • A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification clinical experience with meaningful exposure to internal medicine preventive care or a closely related discipline.

  • A demonstrable commitment to evidence-based medicine and a track record of clinical decision-making that reflects sound independent judgement.

  • Comfort and competence in interpreting advanced diagnostics and biomarker data and in building treatment plans around those insights.

  • Exceptional communication skills: the ability to be direct and honest with patients without being cold and empathetic without being imprecise.

  • A calm authoritative and unhurried manner someone who brings genuine steadiness to the consulting room.

  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with the standards of a premium clinical environment serving a sophisticated clientele.

Required Skills:

A Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business administration Hospitality Medical support field or a relevant field. Qualification in hospitality management office administration front office operations or a related field is preferred. At least 5 years in a client-facing role with experience in a premium clinic luxury hotel executive services environment or a similarly high-standard setting is strongly preferred. Comfortable with scheduling software billing systems and clinic or CRM management tools. Fluent and articulate in English; proficiency in Kiswahili is a distinct advantage. Naturally warm poised and calm under pressure someone who projects ease even when managing complexity. Meticulous about detail: in records in communication and in the environment they maintain.
