Job Title: Key Accounts Coordinator Lubricants

Location: Western Mombasa
The Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for driving the growth of lubricants sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve set volume and margin targets. The role involves promoting selling and distributing automotive and industrial lubricants to both existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Actively identify prospect and engage potential customers to expand the lubricants customer base
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors garages transport companies industries and key accounts.
- Implement promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and product uptake within the region.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on lubricant selection application and equipment compatibility.
- Conduct product training and awareness sessions for customers and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities customer interactions and orders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding debts in line with credit policies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports market intelligence reports and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and industry regulations in all operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
At least 35 years experience in sales within the Oil & Gas industry specifically lubricants or related petroleum products.
Strong technical understanding of lubricants including automotive and industrial applications

Required Skills:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field. KCSE B and above. Professional HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is an added advantage. At least 35 years experience in Human Resource Management preferably in an Oil & Gas Industry. Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Communication skills. Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
