Job Summary

The Inventory Lead owns the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. Spare parts keep our fleetand our driversearning so maintaining accurate stock records has a direct impact on the business.

Youll oversee the day-to-day inventory operation across our stores and warehouses ensuring every part received transferred and issued is accurately recorded. Youll lead a small store team maintain strong inventory controls and help build scalable systems that support our continued growth.

This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right. If you enjoy bringing order to operations being the trusted source of inventory accuracy and building efficient processes as a business scales wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do

  • Own the accuracy and integrity of inventory records within the companys inventory management system.

  • Ensure every receipt transfer adjustment and issuance is accurately recorded.

  • Plan and oversee regular stock counts and cycle counts across stores and warehouses.

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

  • Oversee the receipt storage and movement of goods while maintaining organized and secure storage areas.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product master data as the spare-parts catalogue grows.

  • Lead coach and support a small store team while ensuring compliance with inventory procedures.

  • Monitor inventory trends identify risks or irregularities and escalate issues where necessary.

  • Collaborate with Finance Procurement and Operations to maintain accurate inventory records and availability.



Requirements

  • Experience in inventory management stores or stock control preferably within automotive logistics manufacturing or operations.
  • Experience using an inventory management or ERP system with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • High levels of integrity and accountability when handling valuable inventory.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to establish and enforce standard operating procedures.
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and collaborate effectively across warehouse operations and system administration.
  • Experience leading or supervising a warehouse or store team.
  • A qualification in Supply Chain Management Logistics Accounting Business Administration or a related field is an advantage. However relevant hands-on experience is equally valued.

Required Skills:

Skills & Abilities: A Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field. Strong foundational computer skills including proficiency in Google Workspaces or Microsoft Office suite(Especially spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets) Good communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Strong Organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Familiarity with accounting software and tools particularly Zoho is a valuable asset.
