Job Summary

Role Profile


We are seeking a highly professional House Manager / Executive Housekeeper with a strong hospitality background to manage a private residence to five-star standards. This role is best suited for candidates with housekeeping experience in leading hotels or luxury serviced environments who can deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness organization and guest service.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the house in a clean organized and presentable condition at all times.

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties including cooking cleaning laundry ironing and general upkeep.

  • Manage wardrobes and closets including organizing clothing folding ironing and proper storage.

  • Prepare high quality meals in line with the Directors preferences (breakfast lunch dinner as required).

  • Plan and carry out grocery shopping ensuring the kitchen is always well stocked.

  • Manage pantry and household inventory: track usage monitor stock levels and restock proactively.

  • Receive and host guests in a warm professional and polished manner.

  • Prepare guest rooms refreshments and ensure a comfortable hotel-like experience for visitors.

  • Handle basic household coordination (e.g. liaising with maintenance workers service providers if required).

  • Maintain high standards of discretion professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

  • Ensure the home environment reflects a high end hospitality standard.




Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management Housekeeping or a related field.

  • 3-5 years experience in a luxury hotel lodge or high end private residence.

  • Prior experience in housekeeping guest relations or butler/house management roles in premium environments.

  • Strong cooking skills (ability to prepare a variety of cuisines is an added advantage).
