The successful candidate will be responsible for developing culinary teams maintaining exceptional food standards and supporting kitchen operations across multiple properties within the group.

The Group Chef Trainer will oversee culinary training and development across the lodge portfolio ensuring consistency innovation and excellence in all food offerings. This role requires extensive travel between properties and a hands-on approach to mentoring chefs implementing standards and driving continuous improvement within the kitchens.
