Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for providing effective financial leadership financial planning reporting controls and business support to TIBU Health. The role will ensure the integrity accuracy and timeliness of financial information while safeguarding company assets strengthening revenue collection managing cash flow controlling expenditure and supporting management in making informed commercial and operational decisions.

The Finance Manager will work closely with Operations Medical Services Laboratory Business Development HR Procurement and Senior Management to ensure that TIBU Healths financial resources are effectively managed and aligned to the organizations strategic objectives.

You will bring proven experience in financial management strong analytical capabilities and a meticulous approach to financial reporting and compliance within a fast-paced environment.

4. Account Payable and Supplier Management.

5. Cash flow and Treasury Management.

6. Payroll and Employee related payments.

7. Statutory Compliance Audit and Governance.

8. Financial Controls and Risk Management.

9. Clinic and Business Unit Financial Performance.

10. Procurement and Cost Management.

11. Management support and Business Partnering.

12. Team leadership and development.

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce Business Administration or a related field.

CPA(K) or equivalent professional qualification.

Minimum 57 years progressive experience in finance/accounting with at least 23 years in a supervisory or management role.

Experience in financial reporting budgeting cash-flow management audit taxation and financial controls.

Experience managing a finance team.

Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills.

During your first months you will have taken on the core financial operations established key reporting rhythms with leadership and aligned financial workflows across our clinic network.
