Custodial Services Officer

Receive and process multi-asset class settlement instructions within market stipulated guidelines for assigned clients. Monitor and execute against exceptions and respond to queries to provide an accurate timeous and quality Settlements service to our clients Investor Services and the business.

Qualifications :

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Experience Required
3-4 years

• Basic knowledge of and expertise in Securities post trade services and related products in the Securities Environment which includes the processing of Equities Bonds and Money Market instruments.
• Demonstrated client centric behaviour with the ability to interact with clients through various channels (email telephone and SWIFT) to understand and meet client needs.
• Banking operations experience.
