Job Summary

About the Role

Telvoip Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Corporate Accountant to join our Finance team.

The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records managing day-to-day accounting operations ensuring timely statutory compliance and supporting financial reporting and financial planning. The position will also provide financial insights to support effective decision-making operational efficiency and Telvoip Limiteds continued growth in the SaaS/VoIP sector.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records process and reconcile transactions manage payables and receivables and prepare financial reports.

Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory taxes and compliance with financial regulations IFRS and internal controls.

Audit & Stakeholder Management: Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors KRA banks vendors and other relevant stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Analysis: Support budgeting forecasting cash-flow management variance analysis and financial modelling.

Business & Operational Support: Provide financial insights to management monitor subscriptions and vendor obligations track financial KPIs and support procurement and business decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.

3 years experience as an Accountant Bookkeeper or in a similar finance role.
CPA or ACCA qualification completed or in progress is an added advantage.
Prior experience in SaaS telecommunications fintech or subscription-based businesses is desirable.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Xero or similar platforms. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
