Our client a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions alliance is seeking to recruit a Control Tower professional to join its growing team. The alliance combines extensive expertise in multimodal logistics warehousing customs freight management and end-to-end supply chain solutions across Africa delivering innovative inventory management and logistics services to clients.
As part of this dynamic and fast-growing venture the successful candidate will oversee and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations ensuring efficient freight movement customs clearance warehousing inventory management and distribution while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious driven self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including freight customs warehousing inventory and distribution.
Monitor operational performance analyse data and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with agreed KPIs customs regulations and safety standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
Prepare operational performance reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in logistics or supply chain operations management.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding customs clearance warehousing and inventory management.
Excellent analytical communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications such as CSCP or other logistics/supply chain qualifications are an added advantage.
Required Education:
