Job Summary
Hands-on Content Executive role supporting communications across agricultural and real estate operations. Responsible for content capture production publishing internal communications and website updates and execution of the digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Content Capture & Production
- Capture photo video interviews across sites
- Document activities and milestones
- Produce short- and long-form content
- Maintain organised content library
Publishing & Digital Execution
- Execute and schedule content across platforms
- Maintain content consistency and quality
- Support community management
Internal Communications
- Staff communications and announcements
- Event documentation
- Employee and community storytelling
Website Management
- Update CMS content
- Align website with social channels
Coordination & Reporting
- Track performance metrics
- Support monthly reporting
- Refine outputs based on engagement
Requirements
Core Requirements
- 13 years content creation / media production
- Strong photography / videography
- Strong writing ability
- Social media account experience
- Meta Business Suite (basic)
- Google Analytics (basic)
- Comfortable in field environments
- Willing to work on-site in Bomet
Required Skills:
Qualification & Experience Required: 1. At least five (5) years relevant post admission experience in the public or private sector 2. Bachelors of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized institution 3. Post-graduate Diploma in Law 4. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya 5. Valid Advocates practicing certificate 6. Member of the Law Society of Kenya in good standing 7. Certified Secretary (CS) will be an added advantage 8. Proficiency in Computer Applications
