Job Summary
- Design a competency-based apprenticeship curriculum aligned with industry best practice.
- Develop a comprehensive program structure and learning framework.
- Produce detailed facilitator manuals for every learning module.
- Develop participant manuals and learner workbooks.
- Prepare structured lesson plans for all sessions.
- Develop classroom presentations and learning aids.
- Design competency-based assessment tools.
- Prepare practical assignments and workplace projects.
- Develop realistic HR case studies and simulation exercises.
- Create role plays and experiential learning activities.
- Produce program evaluation tools.
- Establish graduation requirements and competency benchmarks.
- Develop facilitator guidance notes and program delivery standards.
- Compile supporting learning resources and reference materials.
- Create standardized documentation to enable consistent program delivery across multiple cohorts.
- Masters degree in Human Resource Management Organizational Development Adult Education or related field.
- CHRP (or equivalent professional HR qualification).
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR consulting and learning design.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development.
- Strong facilitation experience.
- Experience in competency-based education.
- Experience in e-learning content development will be an added advantage.
