CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Summary
- Supervise daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans blueprints and safety regulations.
- Interpret and apply architectural and engineering drawings specifications and technical documents with precision.
- Develop and manage detailed job schedules monitor progress and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction quality and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
- Lead train and mentor on-site crews promoting accountability safety awareness and teamwork.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress material usage labor hours and safety incidents.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly minimizing disruptions and cost overruns.
- Implement and enforce OSHA and local safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Report project status risks and milestones to the Project Manager and relevant departments.
- Diploma or Certificate in Building Construction Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of building and construction methods materials and systems.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and technical document interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability in job scheduling task prioritization and timeline management.
- Experience in construction quality control processes and inspection protocols.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse work crews.
- Skilled in resource planning including labor equipment and material allocation.
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage.
- Valid drivers license and ability to work in outdoor physically demanding environments.
- Commitment to safety compliance and continuous improvement in construction practices.

Required Education:
Diploma or Certificate in Building Construction Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
