Banker, Enterprise Transactional

As a Banker Enterprise Transactional you will provide comprehensive support to the Banker Relationship Enterprise Direct team by: - Servicing customers and attending to their banking queries in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer requests and resolving issues

• Providing credit administration support including documentation review compliance verification and facility management - Identifying and assessing customer needs to support relationship development and cross-selling opportunities - Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to banking processes and regulatory requirements
• Liaising between customers and internal departments to facilitate smooth transaction execution - Supporting the preparation and maintenance of customer files and credit documentation - Contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service standards within the Enterprise Direct segment

Qualifications :

Type of Qualification: First degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce Economics Finance or related field
