Join a leading luxury safari lodge and play a key role in ensuring financial excellence behind the scenes. Were looking for an experienced Assistant Financial Accountant with a passion for accuracy financial control and operational support in a dynamic hospitality environment.
What Youll Do:
Manage financial reporting and reconciliations
Oversee accounts payable receivable and cash flow
Assist with budgeting forecasting and year-end audits
Monitor stock control and inventory management
Support payroll compliance and statutory audits
Train and mentor finance team members
Maintain financial systems and ensure data accuracy
Requirements
CPA III qualification
Bachelors Degree of Commerce
Minimum 5 years accounting and inventory management experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (an assessment will be conducted)
Excellent analytical organisational and communication skills
Hospitality or lodge finance experience will be an advantage
Required Skills:
