Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core C# and SQL Server to join a team developing and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.
This position requires a strong technical background across backend and frontend development as well as the ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients and cross-functional teams.
- Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core C# MVC and Web API.
- Build clean reusable and high-quality frontend components using and Redux.
- Develop and maintain unit integration and functional tests.
- Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
- Collaborate directly with US-based clients and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Debug refactor and optimize existing applications.
- Participate throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide production and post-implementation support when required.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- 6 years of professional software development experience ideally in Full Stack roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and C#.
- Strong experience developing RESTful services using Web API.
- Solid professional experience with .
- Experience with Redux JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Strong SQL Server knowledge including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of enterprise software development and release processes.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced English (B2/C1) with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure particularly Azure Functions Service Bus or Blob Storage.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as xUnit NUnit Jest or Karma.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles with US-based companies or clients.
Required Skills:
48 years of professional IT experience. Strong hands-on experience in L3 Application Support / Production Support / BAU Support. Proven experience supporting web-based applications in production environments. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL querying. Hands-on experience troubleshooting and optimizing: Stored Procedures Functions Triggers Views Complex SQL queries Strong experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services). Experience troubleshooting/debugging applications using: C# .NET Framework 4.0 .NET / .NET Core JavaScript jQuery Ability to analyze existing application code and perform or support debugging and bug fixes. Experience with source control tools such as Git/GitHub. Strong troubleshooting analytical and root cause analysis skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field. Advanced English (B2/C1) ability to communicate effectively with US-based technical and business teams. Availability to overlap with US working hours. Nice to Have Experience with Power BI. Experience with Sigma Computing. Experience supporting applications hosted in Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and application support best practices. Experience with application monitoring and performance optimization.
