Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Scrum Master to lead multiple SaaS software development projects drive Agile practices and ensure successful delivery aligned with business and product goals.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- 57 years of Project/Program Management experience within a SaaS product development organization.
- Strong expertise in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence required.
- Strong project planning risk management prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication interpersonal organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent relevant experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple software/SaaS projects from planning through delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups backlog refinement sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Maintain sprint and release plans schedules milestones deadlines and project deliverables.
- Track Agile metrics and measure project/sprint success.
- Identify project risks dependencies and blockers and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive all phases of product development to ensure timely high-quality delivery.
- Promote Agile/Scrum best practices and provide clarity across technical and business teams.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple priorities independently.
Required Skills:
