As we continue expanding in Kazakhstan were looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who excels at building long-term relationships with affluent clients and helping them find the right investment solutions not simply selling financial products.
What youll do
Acquire high-net-worth clients with investable assets of $1M USD through your professional network referrals and personal relationships.
Present Raisons investment solutions including discretionary portfolio management structured products private equity pre-IPO opportunities and other investment offerings.
Lead client meetings and negotiations throughout the entire investment journey -from the initial introduction to investment execution.
Build trusted long-term relationships with clients. We believe lasting partnerships are built over years not through a single transaction.
Achieve fundraising and asset acquisition targets with a highly competitive performance-based compensation structure.
What were looking for
35 years of experience in wealth management private banking investment advisory brokerage or financial services.
An established book of HNW/UHNW clients (this is a key requirement).
Proven experience in consultative sales and complex financial negotiations.
Strong investment knowledge with the ability to discuss wealth planning risk management and portfolio strategy not simply product features.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
English (B2 or above) is a strong advantage when working with international clients and investment opportunities.
