Quality control specialist

• Monitor the quality of finished products during production.

• Ensure proper operation of quality control equipment and conduct accurate measurements and analyses during the shift.

• Know and comply with regulatory requirements  for the products and measurement/testing methods.

• Analyze product quality and take actions to improve it.

• Maintain quality control documentation and logs for analyses conducted during the shift.

• Participate in the analysis of product returns and identify causes.

• Learn new measurement and testing methods as well as advanced testing tools.

• Ensure the necessary conditions (temperature humidity etc.) for testing with the required accuracy and take corrective actions in case of non-conformity.

• Follow safety occupational health and fire safety regulations.

• Check expired materials for suitability and provide a report on findings.

• Maintain accurate and regular electronic records of technical files (reports images presentations etc.) in local systems (folders databases such as SharePoint AFON) in accordance with Technical Safety Department rules.

• Investigate causes of quality deterioration in products and participate in developing corrective measures.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of job responsibilities.
