Food & Beverage Director

We are looking for an experienced strategic and results-oriented Food & Beverage Director to lead the Food & Beverage Department at Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty.

The position will be responsible for the effective management of all F&B operations driving revenue and sales overseeing operational standards ensuring a high level of guest service and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Financial Management:

• Develop and implement the Food & Beverage strategy;
• Prepare and control the department budget revenue and operating costs;
• Drive sales and profitability across F&B operations;
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational Management:

• Oversee the operations of restaurants bars banquets and Room Service;
• Ensure compliance with brand standards hotel procedures and service quality;
• Maintain high standards of food safety hygiene and sanitation;
• Monitor the quality and availability of products menus and guest amenities.

Team & Guest Service Management:

• Lead train and develop the F&B team;
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and effectively handle feedback and complaints;
• Participate in recruitment and build a strong and efficient team;
• Work closely with other departments to achieve the hotels overall objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent;
• Previous experience in a senior Food & Beverage management position;
• Experience in an international 45 star hotel is preferred;
• Strong experience in managing teams and multiple F&B outlets;
• Good understanding of F&B financial performance budgeting and operations;
• Fluent English is mandatory;
• Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
• Strong leadership analytical and communication skills.
