Objective: The primary goal of the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) is to identify develop and empower exceptional finalyear students from leading universities offering them an immersive and handson learning experience that seamlessly integrates education with practical application.
Program Overview:
The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) shall provide mentorship and structured learning opportunities to trainees necessary to excel in full time permanent roles and be a part of a dynamic TWC International team.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the Youth Leadership Program (YLP) will be rigorous and meritbased. Candidates will undergo a series of assessments interviews and evaluations to determine their suitability for the program. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate exceptional potential a passion for learning and a commitment to excellence.
Target Audience:
BS Computer Science or Information Technology
BBA (Finance)/ BS (Accounting and Finance) Actuarial ScienceMS MBA (Finance) ACCA CA or relevant field.
BBA / MBA (HR)
Civil / Electrical Engineer (AutoCAD)
Requirements:
CGPA: We will be setting the minimum required CGPA to be 2.8 for being eligible to
give the test.
Years of Education: The candidate must have completed 16 years of education.
Experience: Fresh or less than 1year experience.
