... a Workplace & People Expert (f/m/d) for our Sofia pleasant office. Through your service orientation your handson mentality and your eye for the beautiful and small things in the office you are able to make our office in Sofia a feelgood oasis. Not only our 40 colleagues in Sofia can rely on you but also your crosslocation Workplace Team (Berlin Dresden Vienna Sofia Milano Barcelona). Exciting projects are waiting for you that aim to make our employees happy and our workplace a better one.

YOUR MISSION WITH US:

• Classical reception tasks such as receiving and forwarding telephone calls mail processing purchasing & orders travel bookings etc. are part of your daily doings.
• You are the first contact person for our employees and guests and always have an eye for cleanliness in the office.
• As a real peopleperson you are also able to communicate with your external stakeholders (e.g. craftsmen landlords cleaning companies etc.).
• Together with your team you plan and organize feelgood events such as our quarterly team breakfast the annual summer party or a Halloween party.
• You support the onboarding of our newbies.
• You support the People & Culture Manager with basic recruitment and scheduling interviews.
• In addition you take care of filling our internal knowledge base with your knowledge so that it doesnt get lost.

• At least 3 relevant working experience
• You really flourish in stressful situations and always find the right solution for every problem.
• You are an excellent communicator with colleagues business partners and suppliers.
• You convince with a positive charisma a high level of service orientation integrity and an independent and reliable way of working.
• You have a driveon mentality and can think outside the box.
• You are characterized by team spirit commitment and a high level of quality awareness.
• The confident use of MS office applications as well as excellent English skills.
