Job Description
- Strong understanding of HR and Staffing business processes functionality related to Recruitment Onboarding Core HR and dependent HR modules/processes. e.g. Benefit and US WO Payroll. Strong understanding of the Talent Management and Performance module (desired).
- Experience:
- Experience creating complex test scripts to support Unit SIT and E2E scenarios for a minimum of 2 WO HCM Core Modules
- Experience creating integration test scenarios and test scripts.
- Daily and weekly reporting to the HCM Test Lead on the progress of test scenario builds (Unit SIT Integrations and E2E testing)
- Adhere to Qualitest testing standards which include test scripting test execution and defect reporting.
- Work with internal crossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the Workday testing lifecycle.
- Review and analyze Workday workbooks and system requirements.
- Ensure testing phase(s) and deliverable(s) are delivered on time.
Requirements
- Must Have at least 5 years overall experience in Quality Assurance.
- Must Have at least 3 years experience with Workday HCM including implementation and production support.
- Strong understanding of HR and Staffing business processes functions and dependencies
- Experience testing at least 2 Workday HCM Core modules which include Recruiting On boarding Core HR or Talent and Performance.
- Experience with testing integrations
- Workday HCM Certifications (desirable)
