Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Full Stack WordPress Developer responsible for both backend and frontend development including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript) and aesthetic (understanding element arrangements on the screen the color and font choices and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also an understanding of the entire web development process including design development and deployment is preferred.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute preferably in computer programming computer science or a related field.

  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with WordPress related technologies mostly as part of a development team

  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing new features functionality and managing websites using WordPress.

  • Establishing and guiding the website s architecture.

  • Ensuring highperformance and availability and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

  • Helping formulate an effective responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

  • Collaborate with members of a creative team.

  • Manage frontend and backend website development.

  • Maintain welldocumented reusable and transferable code.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and coworkers.

  • Stay abreast of new developments in software trends and practices.

Cultivate and manage client relationships for sustainable partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Keep abreast of industry trends on LinkedIn to drive sales strategies. Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate estimates. Explore and develop new business opportunities, understand client's requirements and acquisition. Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, client communication follow up with existing or new prospects. Collect and analyze the project s business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team. Communicate with clients through voice/Video calls. Manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads. Document information according to standard operating procedures. Requirements Requirements: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, utilizing LinkedIn for prospecting. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn and Direct Outreach Capacity to grasp intricate client requirements and propose innovative solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, lead and facilitate pitch logistics. Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals. Solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management. Excellent research, prospecting and sales planning skills. Exceptional communication and time management skills. Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion. Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results. Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
