As a Windows Server Administrator you will be an IT professional supporting our customers in planning implementing and managing Microsoft Server solutions.

Tasks

• Advising and assisting customers in planning and implementing Microsoft server solutions to meet their business needs.
• Installing & configuring Microsoft servers including Windows Server Exchange Server Active Directory and Azure.
• Monitor and optimize server systems to ensure their performance and availability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot server systems to resolve incidents quickly and effectively.
• Developing and implementing scripts and automated solutions to simplify maintenance tasks and monitoring.

Requirements

• Excellent level of German and English
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Science Science/Technology or related professions or completed vocational training in the IT field with relevant work experience.
• Indepth knowledge of Microsoft server technologies including Windows Server Exchange Server Active Directory and Azure.
• Experience designing implementing and operating Microsoft server solutions for complex environments.
• Indepth knowledge of network design and management including TCP/IP DNS DHCP and VPN.
• Experience troubleshooting and problemsolving server systems including dealing with performance issues and security threats
• Microsoft certifications (MCSE MCSA) are a plus
• A Structured processoriented and independent approach to work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German as well as good English skills
• Willingness for a security check
