Troubleshoot applicationrelated issues in WVD
Manage session host image image update and management
Manage Shared Image Gallery
Troubleshoot OSrelated issues in WVD
Work in a ticketing system with incident/change/problem management
Implement best practices on AVD with Microsoft Windows 10/11 Multisession OS and FSLogix for best performance and reliability
Analyze troubleshoot and fix complex issues in mixed enterprise environments for end customers
Troubleshoot FSLogix User Profile Issues/Isolating Applications failures and Review the Event Logs for Errors and troubleshoot accordingly
Resolve enduser tickets and provide RCA whenever required
Provide technical support which mainly includes working on break fixes production down helping customers to implement deploy and upgrade their environments
Handle Application/VDI issues published from AVD and troubleshoot userend issues
Act as a subject matter expert in implementing advanced security measures for Azure Virtual Desktop addressing compliance requirements and industry standards
Handson experience on ITIL process Changes Incidents and requests using Service now
Must have an understanding of DevOps workflows to autoscale AVD solution as per monitoring metrics and endtoend golden image management
Manage GPO and local policies on session hosts
Manage session host settings custom settings RDP properties and user profile issues
