Job Summary:

Youll work closely with other team members product managers and marketing teams on a wide range of content driving awareness for programs or products. The Content Publishing Specialist will be responsible for content management including publishing content using CMS while also helping with planning organizing and coordinating webinar programs This role will have a hybrid responsibility of web content publishing along with program coordination support for webinar sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Publishing and Management (Primary):

Build web pages and publish content via the content management system using approval workflows.

Manage the content creation process by coordinating with content creators and subject matter experts.

Publish update and maintain content on various digital platforms ensuring accuracy consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and best practices.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all content is wellstructured errorfree and of high quality.

Review and edit content for clarity accuracy and relevance.

Focus on enhancing the user experience by ensuring content is wellorganized and accessible.

Webinar Program

Manage webinar requests and prioritize sessions based on topics.

Build microsites/landing pages for webinar registrations and web content publishing using internal tools and other content management systems.

Manage communications to drive attendance and awareness including reminders followups and change notices.

Project manage webinar postings in the partner portal for registrations and postwebinar access to presented content.

Copy edit and recommend language that provides clear value to partners on registration landing pages.

Create attendance reports and manage quarterly uploads into Salesforce for lead tracking.

Generate ad hoc reports to support regional execution.
