Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing web designs using various design software and tools.
• Translate client requirements and branding strategies into design concepts.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement designs into the website.
• Ensure web designs are responsive and compatible with different browsers and devices.
• Conduct user research and incorporate user feedback to improve design concepts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and user experience.
• Optimize web graphics and multimedia elements for seamless integration.
• Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing digital assets.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organizations web design processes and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Web Design Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Demonstrable proficiency in HTML CSS and other web design tools.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop Illustrator and Dreamweaver.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with content management systems and web development processes.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and their application in web design.
• Experience with ecommerce design and optimization is a plus.
