In this role, you will:
  • Answer live chats and emails, providing support on a wide range of product topics
  • Act as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate back to the customer
  • Stay up-to-date by reading technical articles and receiving training for new product features
This is a full time salaried night shift Your usual schedule would consist of hour shifts but more time may be required depending on daily At this time we have two shifts week options available:

Sunday - Thursday, exact start time TBD
Tuesday - Saturday, exact start time TBD

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
  • Located in and have work authorization in South Africa
  • Bachelor s degree is requested, however, a combination of education and experience may be considered
  • 1-3 years of Customer Support experience (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Successful candidate must have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
  • Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
  • Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Excellent at multitasking and highly productive
  • Strong interpersonal skills
