Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse facility. Responsibilities:
1 Warehouse Operations:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including organizing receiving storage inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize stock control available space etc.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
2 Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimise shrinkage.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to forecast inventory needs and plan replenishment strategies.
- Coordinate with the team for all necessary tasks assigned by senior management including production process with our partners.
3 Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products to identify and address any defects or discrepancies.
4 Equipment Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment including forklifts pallet jacks and conveyor systems.
- Ensure that all equipment is operated safely and following manufacturer guidelines.
- Coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping of office areas in the warehouse
5 Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities including receiving shipping and inventory transactions.
- Generate reports (items movement dispatch production)
- Identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions
6 – Communication and attitude
- Proactive and efficient communication with business partners
- Proactive and efficient communication with the whole team

- Must have a “can do” attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to complete all the tasks
- Must create an efficient communication flow with our business partner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong communication skills.
- EU/Ireland Driving licence
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to travel for work regularly and for possible periods of 2 to 4 weeks.
