Warehouse Executive

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular stock audits.
Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Order Fulfillment:

Coordinate and prioritize order fulfillment activities to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Space Optimization:

Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage warehouse capacity to accommodate varying levels of inventory.
Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
Oversee shipping and receiving processes, including the accurate and efficient loading and unloading of shipments.
Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs for continuous improvement.
Safety Compliance:

Enforce and adhere to safety regulations and protocols to create a secure working environment.
Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Forklift certification and experience is a plus.
