Job Description

- Ensure KPI are meet and achieve.
- Ensure GWP ( Good warehousing Practices) are being implement
- Processing Orders
- Maintains receiving warehousing and distribution operations by initiating coordinating and enforcing programs.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles with data storage system or records.
- Maintains the physicals condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting selecting orienting and training employees.
- Improve staff performance by coaching counseling and disciplining employees.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Knowledge on the data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Reliable professional with excellent recordkeeping abilities.
- With minimum of 3yrs. experience in same field is required in this position.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Power Point presentation.
