The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for inventory flow in and out of the company including receiving incoming purchase orders pulling orders and shipping. The Warehouse Coordinator will also keep the warehouse organized and clean. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience and is a strong communicator capable of working with all company departments to coordinate inventory needs.
Job Responsibilities of the Warehouse Coordinator:
- Process UPS Fedex DHL (and other carriers) using online shipping programs as well as create manual packing slips invoices and shipping documents including but not limited to EEI filings commercial invoices and free trade documents.
- Process national and international shipping orders on a daily basis.
- Pick pack ship and invoice consumables and instrument sales orders.
- Obtain shipping rate quotes for incoming and outgoing shipments and select quotes based on price delivery time safety of transport and other factors.
- Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments using material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Document shipping damage on freight document upon receipt of damaged goods.
- Process incoming purchase receipt shipments into ERP system ensuring accuracy of part numbers and quantities.
- Store incoming goods in correct warehouse locations.
- Repackage label and palletize parts as needed.
- Perform cycle counts.
- Communicate any issues impeding work flow with Warehouse Supervisor so issues can be addressed and resolved appropriately and in a timely fashion.
- Work with other company department personnel as needed or if Warehouse Supervisor is not available in order to resolve work flow issues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on own.
- Frequently answer phones respond to emails and use internal messaging system to communicate with other employees
Requirements
Job Qualifications of the Warehouse Coordintor:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 12 years of demonstrated success in similar functions.
- Experience in a fastpaced environment working as part of a team to accomplish common goals.
- Must obtain company issued forklift training and operating license.
- May be required to obtain company paid for Hazmat DOT/IATA shipping training and certification in order to ship Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods (DG).
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in currency and units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.

Qualifications of the Mechanical Engineering Manager: Detail oriented and self-motivated Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of industrial equipment and applications Background in: Electrical VFD s, various electrics foreign and domestic, Hydraulics, Gearboxes sizing, torques, capabilities, and Metallurgy is beneficial Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or related field is required along with a minimum of 5 years experience. A Master s degree is a plus. Skilled in Solid Works Solid background in GA s/BOM s/Test Fracture & Stress Points
