About the Villa

The villa is located in Villefranche and is used by the owners and their guests mostly during the summer season. The Villa is used to work under very high standard and responds to high demand. More details would be discussed orally.

All the positions are LIVE OUT.

The project

We are looking for one Waitress/ Head of Service / Chef de Rang ready to start working from April 2024 until the end of October 2024.

Depending on your shifts you will be in charge of:

• Serving the meals breakfast lunch and dinner for all guests
• Setting up the table before meals and Clearing the tables after meals
• Serving the drinks alcoholic or nonalcoholic to the respective guests knowing how to make an American Coffee a Cappuccino ect..
• Having Knowledge in cutting filets of fish would be a great plus
• Assisting the Chef inside the Villa with service and helping him organize all the plates
• Being able to prepare some standard drinks cocktails would be a great plus and would be really appreciated

The team is very flexible and multitasking hence we need openminded candidates who can give a hand in Housekeeping if needed. However it will not be your priority.

You need to be strong in your service skills.

You are able to serve more than 10 people by yourself. Of course you will have some assistance if there are several guests and people.

Desired profile

For this position you MUST have :

• Experience in villas or VIP chalets as a Head Waitress / Chef de rang / Butler / Matre dHtel
• Previous experience in fine dining restaurant as a Head Waitress / Chef de rang / Butler / Matre dHtel
• Knowledge of Wines and Spirits and basic knowledge of cocktails and making coffee

• Interior/Table decoration and Flower arrangement skills are a plus.
• You speak fluent English French is a plus.
• You must be very autonomous and able to report and respect your hierarchy in the same time.
• We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and likes to work in private villas.
• You are very proactive and focused and have an impeccable sense of detail. This is essential to the role.
• You are comfortable with safety and hygiene processes
• You are positive and flexible able to react under demand and pressure.
• You are very discreet and able to stay positive through tough situations.
• You are always on time and wellpresented at all times which is essential.
• You have a real sense of human relations and communication comes with an ease to you.
• You MUST have a car and a driving licence as you can not access the Villa easily public transport option can not be considered.
• Clear Criminal Record required.

Salary : 2500 euros net per month

Contract: French CDD contract

2 days off per week.

Weekends off when the owners are not around and flexibility is required when they are in the Villa.
