The Vice President of Sales & Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations including developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the companys sales objectives with a specific focus on closing deals within the IT infrastructure sector and managing relationships with strategic alliances and partners.
Experience : 8 Years Experience in IT Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the IT infrastructure sector.
- Lead and mentor a highperforming sales team providing guidance support and training to ensure team members are equipped to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients strategic alliances and partners to drive collaboration and maximize business opportunities.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing leveraging strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions to successfully win new business.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and customer success to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic differentiation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services ensuring effective communication of value propositions to clients and partners.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance metrics including pipeline development conversion rates and revenue forecasts to inform strategic decisionmaking.
