What you'll be doing:

.

Creating and executing sales plans and strategies.

.

Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

.

Identifying where improvements to sales execution or strategy can be made to ensure success.

.

Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities.

.

Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.

.

Working collaboratively with supporting teams (engineering, marketing, and management) to support business growth.

.

Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

.

Creating sales reports, forecasts and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.

A minimum of 7 years experience in sales leadership position and 3 years experience in IT, Technology or Senior Living sales

.

In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.

.

Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.

.

Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


*Note: The Company is headquartered in Arizona and while this is primarily a remote position, ideal candidates will reside in or be willing to relocate to Arizona. Nevada candidates must relocate to be eligible for consideration.

Salary and commission structure depend on experience

This is a predominantly remote position; however ideal candidates will reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater-Phoenix, Arizona area.
