Purpose of the job

This role takes responsibility for setting and executing a holistic product strategy across our portfolio of brands. Working closely with B2B and executive leadership youll seek to develop the longterm product vision as well as establishing shorterterm OKRs aligned to revenue audience and engagement KPIs. Responsible for driving execution aligned with for strategic decisions youll use data and business insights to drive the success of our products and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy
Engage and contribute to B2B planning leading product initiatives and setting business strategies and business goals using the OKR methodology
Ensure the meeting of strategic business goals through the effective development of the product portfolio
Build maintain and disseminate a product strategy that inspires the team bridging the technical and business worlds balancing both shortterm and longterm business goals
Build and lead empowered product teams who are enabled to create and meet roadmaps prioritise their work and meet their agreed goals
Define measurable outcomes for the teams regularly tracking product performance enabling a path for improvement
Ensure team identify and track critical product performance metrics and milestones throughout projects lifecycle
Maintain an overview of product lifecycle from conception to launch of the product(s) across all products/ product lines ensuring they are on track with company vision and strategy
Continually monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities issues and risks; recommending strategic and tactical strategies

Product Execution
Establish and evangelize a culture of continuous improvement across Collinson
Ensure product engineering launching and other aspects of product development come together seamlessly throughout the product lifecycle in a lean environment
Balance customer needs with engineering constraints and commercial realities maximizing the speed and quality of execution for the product portfolio
Promote qualityfirst culture
Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results
Lead define represent and communicate product strategy across the company

Data Driven and Customer Centric
Develop a datadriven product culture to ensure the relevance value and performance of company products
Create and develop a product culture with the customers voice at the centre.
Champion the voice of our consumers clients and partners within the organisation to ensure the product strategy is customer centric and insight led
Ensure team has a deep understanding of the companys business goals customers their strategic direction pain points and desired integrations in order to develop a thoughtful and informed view of the product and market opportunities
Build a designcentric culture to ensure all products of the company reflect its design style feature appropriate and precise execution and meet the companys quality and product safety standards

Influencing People
Create a culture of collaborative decisionmaking for product prioritization by involving all key stakeholders and looking for opportunities to develop a stronger understanding of customers needs gathering inputs for product roadmap development
Encourage and support effective collaboration of product managers with crossfunctional teams to ensure business needs and directions are considered and product visions are translated into executable roadmaps and release plans
Create and implement a leadership culture to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce based on development mentorship coaching and sharing experience inside the company.
Lead a highperforming team identifying skill gaps and ways of solving them
Drive innovative ideas solutions and products through leadership and decisive action
Build and develop a team of strong product management professionals ensuring product teams are structured for efficacy
Work in partnership with the Consumer Client Product and Engineering teams with productled approaches to increase customer acquisition and user engagement
Work closely with B2B leadership and SLT to manage productrelated expectations and provide a high level of transparency
Grow client and consumer volume through product led growth and acquisition techniques
Collaborate with leadership peers across Collinson to shape and drive the highestimpact roadmap possible

Knowledge skills and experience required

Proven experience building and managing strong proactive product management teams
Strong understanding of product principles and processes and ability to build highly effective and efficient product teams
Strong understanding of data and ability to make sound decisions with data and pick nuanced balanced metrics
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting goals and deadlines under pressure
Welldeveloped interpersonal administrative management problemsolving and leadership skills
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and customer requirements and deliver valuedriven scalable product solutions
Collaborative entrepreneurial and selfmotivated with an understanding of the dynamics of highgrowth companies
Mastery of leading change and inspiring others
A track record of developing and mentoring great talent and building and motivating teams
Strong written and oral communication skills and a strong ability to facilitate discussions and deliver presentations
Experience of successfully implementing datadriven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap
Creative & strategic thinker with the ability to craft gotomarket strategies and campaigns
Customer centric mindset with the ability of translating that into the product development process
Ability to formulate and implement global strategies for products
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
