Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a VP of Marketing to join a dynamic and driven team at a Series B SaaS company.

As VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts and driving growth through various channels. You will be a key player in defining and executing the marketing strategy through product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM). Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the executive team and board members to ensure alignment and strategic growth.

As an experienced People Leader, you will drive innovation within the marketing team by fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and encouraging the exploration of new channels, tactics, and technologies. You will lead the development of a forward-thinking marketing strategy that anticipates and adapts to industry shifts by staying at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies.

This strategic marketing leadership role will be responsible for driving growth in the following areas of focus:

Product Marketing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and its unique value propositions.
  • Lead product positioning and messaging strategies.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for product/feature launches.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and CX teams to ensure alignment and product-market fit.

Customer Marketing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and expansion.
  • Create customer advocacy programs and gather success stories.
  • Develop and execute customer communication plans and engagement initiatives.
Demand Generation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive inbound marketing efforts.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content marketing, events, and more.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve demand generation activities.
Lead Generation:
  • Implement lead generation strategies to support the sales team's pipeline.
  • Build and manage lead generation programs, including lead scoring and nurturing.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation efforts for quality and quantity.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to target and engage key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize target accounts.
  • Create personalized marketing campaigns and content for ABM initiatives.

Cross-Team Collaboration at the Executive and Board Level:

  • Work closely with the executive team to align marketing strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with board members to provide marketing insights and updates on key initiatives.
  • Participate in executive-level discussions and decision-making processes to drive strategic growth.

Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Provide guidance, set clear goals, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to achieve ambitious targets.

* Preference to be located in EST, and work Eastern Standard Time.
