Job Title: VOIP Engineer
100% Onsite: Everette WA or Irvine CA or San Jose CA

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications Computer Science Information systems etc.
5 years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.
5 years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
5 years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
3 Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
3 years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
3 years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.
Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323 MGCP.
