Job Description:

10-12 Years of experience with VMWare Virtualization and Automation

Extensive Experience with Managing and upgrading ESXi hosts, vCenter Servers, ESXi Networking and Operating System (Linux/Windows)

Extensive hands-on experience is required on VMWARE SRM

Hands on Experience with vSAN implementation and configuration.

Architects and designs improvements for the company's VMware Environments and ability to conduct research on server, storage, virtualization issues, standards, and products.

Design and delivery complex virtualization and data center architectures and act as Primary Point of contact for troubleshooting support during project engagements

Excellent knowledge of SAN, NAS, DAS, SCSI, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, Clustering, encryption technologies from multiple vendors

Should be able to plan and implement ESXi hosts security patches/fixes and Hands on experience with VMWare Site Recovery / Zerto is must

Ability to present on topics pertaining to the Architecture, design, and implementation of Hardware Technologies.

Good knowledge of Physical DataCenter, Public Cloud Infrastructure, Process and Technology

Experience with leading Data Center OEM Preferred (VMWare, HPE, NetApp, Dell EMC)

Hands on Experience with HP SimpliVity is required but experience in Hyper-Converged platforms like HPE SimpliVity, HP Synergy will be added advantage

Extensive knowledge and understanding of Datacenter technologies and architecture

Identify and solve critical problems and prevent them from reoccurring via root cause analysis and automation

Ability to work with L2/L3 teams with positive attitude and produces consistently high-quality results

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Lead Process to gather, understand and document unique customer requirements

VMWare VCP certification is preferable and should be ready to work in different shifts
