Be part of our clients team as a Virtual Assistant for Social Media and Email Marketing playing a crucial role in managing online presence and audience engagement.

• Employment Type: Indefinite Term Type Contract
  
• Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
  
• Work Setup: Remote
  
• Salary: 1000 USD to 1350 USD
  

• Create schedule and publish engaging and relevant content on various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  
• Monitor social media accounts for comments messages and mentions responding promptly and maintaining a positive online presence.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies promotions and campaigns.
  
• Develop and curate highquality images videos and written content for social media posts.
  
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines messaging and target audience preferences.
  
• Assist in creating editing and sending marketing emails to segmented lists of subscribers.
  
• Maintain the email marketing calendar and schedule email campaigns for optimal delivery times.
  
• Monitor email performance metrics analyze results and make recommendations for improvements.
  
• Engage with followers and subscribers to foster a sense of community and increase brand loyalty.
  
• Monitor and report on social media and email marketing metrics helping to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  
• Manage content calendars scheduling tools and email marketing platforms.
  
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely content delivery and alignment with marketing initiatives.
  
• Stay up to date with social media and email marketing trends tools and best practices.
  
• Conduct competitor research and make recommendations for improvement based on industry benchmarks.
  

• Proven experience in social media management and email marketing.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Proficiency with social media platforms scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) and email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp Constant Contact).
  
• Creative thinking and a good eye for design and content aesthetics.
