Job Title: Virtual Assistant (PartTime) Latam
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 10: AM to 5:00 PM EST
Note: it will take 810 hours/week
Job Description:
Join our team as a parttime Virtual Assistant (VA) and play a crucial role in supporting our growing client base! As a VA youll handle tasks for 56 clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Upload data and ensure its uptodate.
- Update analytics dashboards to track client progress.
- Coordinate and send engaging newsletter campaigns.
- Schedule newsletter sends for optimal timing including weekends or specific segments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry and management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
