Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble compelling video content using editing software
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver polished videos
• Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video quality
• Ensure consistency and quality across all video content
• Conduct color correction and audio adjustments to optimize visual and auditory impact
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for video projects
• Organize and manage video files and assets for efficient workflow
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines while maintaining highquality work
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video editing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement feedback on video projects
• Maintain an organized and efficient editing process
• Contribute to the development and improvement of video editing processes
• Ensure all videos align with the organizations brand and messaging
• Provide technical support for video equipment and software
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing workload effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Film Media Communications or related field
• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro)
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics projects
• Knowledge of color correction and audio adjustments
• Understanding of storytelling and visual storytelling techniques
• Ability to work on Mac and PC platforms
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
• Understanding of video formats compression and codecs
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of best practices for video production and postproduction processes
• Experience with file management and asset organization
