Job Description: Video Editor & Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor & Coordinator to join our team serving as a vital link between two companies in our collaborative projects. This role requires a blend of creative video editing expertise and strong communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Video Editing:
  • Edit raw footage into highquality videos ensuring visual and audio continuity clarity and engaging storytelling.
  • Utilize editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro) to add effects transitions graphics and sound to enhance the video content.
  • Collaborate with content creators directors and producers to execute their vision while adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.
Coordination Between Companies:
  • Act as a liaison between two companies involved in collaborative projects facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project objectives timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate logistics schedules and resources to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries resolving issues and managing expectations.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of video content to maintain high production standards and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions ensuring final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Project Management:
  • Organize project assets files and documentation to ensure accessibility and version control.
  • Track project progress milestones and deadlines proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or delays.
  • Assist in resource allocation budget management and risk mitigation to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing techniques storytelling and visual communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Film Production Communications Media Studies or related field preferred.
