Vice Principal - CBSE
Teacher Pool is hiring a Vice Principal for a reputed CBSE school in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. As the Vice Principal, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the school's academic programs and ensuring the overall success of the students.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the school, including curriculum development, teacher supervision, and student discipline.
- Collaborate with the Principal and other administrators to develop and implement strategic plans for the school.
- Coordinate and facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers.
- Manage parent communication and involvement, including parent-teacher meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and regulations.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12+ years of teaching experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Vice Principal or School Coordinator in a reputed CBSE school with more than 2500 students.
- Master's degree preferably in English or Computer Science with B.Ed.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community.
