We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition Technology to lead our talent acquisition technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our talent acquisition technology stack. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand recruiting needs configuring technology solutions and providing strategic direction to enhance our talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the companys talent acquisition technology strategy including the selection implementation and optimization of technology solutions.
- Manage and administer the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other talent acquisition technology platforms ensuring they meet the needs of recruiters hiring managers and candidates.
