Our Client; a health tech company that powers hospitals and care centers to deliver quality healthcare to patients in emerging markets. They are currently looking to hire a vice president operations position in Lagos Nigeria.

Function Of the Role
As the Vice President Operations you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across Operations People Operations Vendor Success and overseeing the operations of the companys plant to meet healthcare demands.

Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives to optimize endtoend processes for efficient and timely delivery of medical products to healthcare facilities.
Foster and maintain robust relationships with vendors ensuring successful partnerships and meeting the evolving needs of healthcare facilities.
Oversee operations of the oxygen plant implementing best practices for quality and reliable oxygen supply to healthcare facilities.
Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams to ensure coordinated efforts between Operations People Operations Vendor Success and oxygen plant operations.
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to achieve operational excellence and contribute to companys mission.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in operations ideally within the healthcare or medical distribution sector.
Strong understanding of logistics supply chain management and vendor relations.
Demonstrated success in process optimization and efficiency improvement.

Experience
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations management.
Previous experience in a senior leadership role is highly desirable.
