Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI initiatives translating cuttingedge research into practical applications and product features.
• Drive the AI strategy ensuring it aligns with the overall business objectives and technological advancements.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation within the AI team encouraging creative solutions and advancements.

Qualifications:

1. Foundational Role in AI Startups: Preferred experience as a CTO Cofounder or a leading role in startups focused on AI demonstrating an ability to innovate and lead in the AI space successfully.
2. Significant Contributions to AI: Documented contributions to the field of AI such as developing new algorithms contributing to key advancements in machine learning or deep learning or having work published in reputable journals or conferences.
3. Expertise in AI Technologies and Tools: Deep understanding of AI technologies including natural language processing computer vision machine learning frameworks and neural networks with the ability to apply these technologies in creating scalable and impactful solutions.
4. Proven Ability as an Individual Contributor: Despite leadership accomplishments the candidate must have maintained an exceptional ability to contribute individually to AI projects demonstrating deep technical skills and innovative problemsolving.
5. Strategic Thinking in AI Application: Ability to not just work on AI technologies but also to strategically apply AI to solve realworld problems enhance product offerings and drive business value.
6. Leadership in Crossfunctional Teams: Experience leading crossfunctional teams that include not only AI researchers and engineers but also product managers and data scientists facilitating collaboration and innovation.
7. Ethics and Responsibility in AI: Understanding and commitment to ethical AI development and use including considerations for privacy bias mitigation and the social impact of AI technologies.
