The Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for executing sound processes relating to budgeting forecasting and financial analysis for Culimer USA reporting directly to the CEO. This is a critically important and highly visible role that interacts with executive and senior management. The VP Financial Planning and Analysis should be highly motivated to lead a team to identify analyze and propose solutions for the business. This leader will help ensure alignment and execution of the department and organization s strategic goals and objectives.

Requirements

Role Function:

  • Lead the Finance and accounting department: in terms of daytoday people management and setting the department s strategy and growth plans in line with the overall company goals and needs.
  • Plan develop organize implement direct and evaluate the organizations fiscal function and performance. Take a lead role in bringing operational excellence to the team and the company.
  • Elite forecasting and financial analysis skills (FP&A) Maintain an accurate cash flow forecast while expenses stay under control and the company has cash on hand to fund operations and growth.
  • Manage all business financial and cash forecasting operating cash and shortterm investments collaborating with various departments such as accounting business development and procurement. Manage all business financial and cash forecasting to ensure that the CEO and management are fully informed monthly about the profitability and cash funding requirements resulting from the company s business operations and the future effect of the current strategy.
  • Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate financial insights analysis of budgets financial reports and financial trends in order to support the CEO and other senior executives to make the best financial and commercial decisions in line with company strategy. Use technology to create interactive dashboards and data
  • Be fully responsible for the Financial and Managerial Accounting of the business including the monthend management accounts (and accompanying management information) as well as the yearend audited financial statements and all financial reporting made by management and external parties.
  • Implement and maintain financial reporting for all parts of the business to ensure that all key personnel are fully and appropriately informed about cash forecasts profitability and the financial effect of all business activity.
  • Ensure compliance with all local direct and indirect taxes including supporting legal and business development teams in optimizing the tax effects of commercial contracts.
  • Use financial information to challenge business activity constructively either to increase profitability improve efficiency or increase shareholder value.
  • Investment Assessment Conducting detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess potential investments to ensure efficient use of capital and proper returns.
  • Backbone: ensures reliability and integrity of financial reporting.
  • Teamwork: interacts effectively with other parts of the company; establishes a culture of accountability in managing the business; wins trust within the Company community.

HSA Health Savings Account

A health savings account (HSA) is a taxadvantaged account for people who are enrolled in an HSAeligible highdeductible health plan (HDHP). The Silver Plan is HSA eligible.

Contributions are pretax can be used for most eligible health related items (refer to link for all covered expenses). The HSA contributions accumulate each year of enrollment and do not expire. THe HSA provides a debit card for payment of covered expenses.




The CCL HSA Portal is managed by Gusto. Login to Gusto Benefits Card Manager portal to review transactions claims and more.

The benefit of a HSA is that contributions remain in your account and roll over automatically annually as savings and grow much like your 401k. HSA are eligible for annual contributions of up to $3600 for single and $7200 for families.
