VB.Net Developer
North Andover MA (Onsite 5 times per week)
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
2. 8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on VB.NET and the .NET ecosystem.
3. Excellent English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
4. Strong knowledge of C# MVC Web API Aurelia JS Xamarin JavaScript HTML CSS SQL Server MySQL Elastic search REDIS
5. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures for MS SQL Server and MySQL databases.
6. Experience with APIs including testing and integration using tools like ReadyAPI.
7. Exposure to the car rental or automotive industry and familiarity with GDSs and EDI integrations are a plus.
8. Knowledge of mobile application development cycles and experience with Xamarin is advantageous.
9. Familiarity with version control systems such as Team Foundation Server (TFS).
10. Experience working on support projects with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
