Working 5 8 hours days (Monday Friday) some travel to outreach clinics and call rotation.

Responsibilities:

The Vascular Technologist performs diagnostic echo exams in a safe caring and clinically effective manner. Must have experience with TEE Definity contrast bubble studies echocardiograms stress echos.

This is a fulltime position that could include travel to outreach Heart and Vascular Clinics and call rotation.

Must Haves:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of Vascular Tech experience in related areas mentioned in responsibilities.
• Current ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or CCI
• Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)
• CCI Registered Phlebology Sonographer (RPhS) is a plus.
• Prior experience performing all aspects of venous and arterial ultrasound with additional training in venous insufficiency examinations.
• Basic understanding of medical necessity as it relates to vascular ultrasound testing obtaining signed orders from referring physicians verifying proper indications for exams etc.
